Entertainer, Guitar, Harmonica, Singer, Songwriter...it’s what Al Fuller lists as his occupation on his business card. But it doesn’t tell you what dynamic quality entertainment, singing and guitar playing Al Fuller can deliver. Phil Colpas from the Pelican Press heaps praise on Al’s style, saying "at nearly six and a half feet, Al Fuller attracts attention for being tall. But it’s his music that stands head and shoulders above the rest."
Al was raised in the musically lush Western Massachusetts Pioneer Valley. His Dad is a horse trainer, and Al’s original tunes all resonate with lyrics that just make sense. His fine, bluesy baritone voice reels out tune after tune with precision, while he accompanies himself with a Gibson 6-string, a National Resophonic Guitar, a Gibson Howard Roberts Guitar, assorted harmonicas and some very fancy footwork.
His early albums (now offered in CD format) include "How Far Will You Go" - a solo venture, and "Satisfied". Another release, "Lonely and Blue", gives the listener a window into his mastery of the blues guitar, his fine voice, and well developed song writing craft. Now you can also buy Al Fuller's latest blues CD, "In The Back Of My Mind". Al's newest Release of single tunes, recorded without the band, is also available by email and soon will be here on this website.
A Veteran Performer, Fuller has performed for troops in Vietnam, in clubs and concerts in England, Spain, and in the U.S. in California, Colorado, Seattle and the east coast from Key West Florida to Bar Harbor, Maine.
